Greenix is the best!! June and Ty did a fantastic job with our home. They were very professional, thorough, and explained everything they did. Would definitely recommend!!
These guys are terrific. They notify me when they are on their way and leave behind great info on what they did and they go above and beyond. On my last visit Johnny noticed an air conditioner hose that was loose and could possibly allow vermin in my house. He arranged to fix it and put down extra stuff so no visitors can get in. Service is convenient and very pleasant, I highly recommend them.
When I canceled my subscription, Greenix forgot to pick up the rodent box they had left at my house. My neighbor, who also uses their service, asked if they could pick up my box when they came to collect his, and they agreed. However, when the technician arrived, I met him outside and pointed out where the box was located. He immediately claimed that he had no order to be at my house and refused to help. Update #2: They came out and performed a much more thorough inspection of the interior of my home and identified a few places where the rodents may be entering. They did another exterior inspection and suggested possible entry points and suggested ways to block/fix those. --- Update: The district manager called me to help resolve the issue and will be sending out additional personnel to solve the problem. Greenix does a great job of keeping all pests out of our home. They come regularly, answer all questions, and are very knowledgeable. They are friendly and communicate well. I would recommend their service.
