Jerome is/was informative, polite, knowledgeable, hardworking and 1000% respectful of our situation. Gave me/us pointers on how to prevent any more problems in the future, and what to currently look for. Treated quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company, and my personal preference, Mr. Jerome.

Though the technician, AJ, arrived towards the end of the 4 hour window, he was excellent! Courteous and thorough. As a new customer of Greenix, we were happy when AJ determined the source of the wasps in our house and removed 3 queens. He told us to avoid the part of our house where he sprayed and to contact Greenix in 3 weeks if the problem isn’t resolved. For this visit we paid $100 but we were required to contract for a year at $40 for each of the remaining months.

I have had previous terrible experiences with other technicians BUT NOT Mr. Benjamin. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to find so many entry points which no other technician found. You can tell that he is passionate and knowledgeable because he has a rationale for every intervention. He explains better than the supervisors we have spoken to on the phone. He should be a boss! Bless you Mr. Benjamin for a pleasant experience. My kid is proud to be a nerd he says. Thanks to all your explanations. =)
