Mohammed serviced my home for ants and he was amazing. He was around by home and property for at least an hour plus. I explained that I had a problem with ants in my kitchen and he said that he put a small substance on my windowsill for the ants to take back to the nest--I watched and was amazed that the ants were going into a small crack inside the wall as he said they would do. I hope he continues to service my home--both professional and very informative.

Horrible communication. I had contacted them earlier in the week about a hive removal. The day the worker came instead of removing the hive, he did some other assignment and was not even aware that there was a request for a hive removal. Again, I called that day to make them aware and they stated that they would come the next day. They did not arrive the next day, and when I contacted customer services there were no notes about any hive removals or rescheduling. Nixon called on our home on a hot Saturday afternoon. He was knowledgeable on the products Greenix offered and the pricing was straight forward and reasonable. Short, sweet, and to the point. Highly recommend this young man and the services he was selling.

Think twice before engaging with this company. They do not seem to be interested in meeting their customer's expectations. A tech laid outdoor traps for mice/small rodents, but after about 3 months I still had mice in the house. I was charged a $150 fee to initiate service, then a $52 monthly fee under the assumption that their outdoor traps are effective. When I called to ask to close the service and to pick up the traps, I was told I was subject to an early cancellation fee of $249, regardless of my satisfaction.
