Think twice before engaging with this company. They do not seem to be interested in meeting their customer's expectations. A tech laid outdoor traps for mice/small rodents, but after about 3 months I still had mice in the house. I was charged a $150 fee to initiate service, then a $52 monthly fee under the assumption that their outdoor traps are effective. When I called to ask to close the service and to pick up the traps, I was told I was subject to an early cancellation fee of $249, regardless of my satisfaction.
Technician on site was able to answer all the questions I had and explained everything in depth. Very communicative throughout the entire process from start to finish. He even convinced me to upgrade the package I had explaining all the benefits of the upgrade. My techs name was Dane.
Hired Greenix about a year ago for basic minimum plan. They have been very prompt and courteous. Today I added their next level service to control ants, mosquitoes, among many other pests by spraying lawn, bushes etc. Time will tell. 🙂
I had an appointment very quickly. Haamid was our pest pro. He was very nice and explained us very clearly the process. He treated the inside and outside of the house.
The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. I feel so much better and have confidence with this company. He was very nice and listened to my concerns.
