We were delighted to have Jaihad, a respectful, knowledgeable young man, come to assess our home, and treated the inside and exterior completely and THOROUGHLY! Upon entering my home, he put on protective booties, listened to my concerns, and gave me some useful and interesting information about certain insects. He took his time and did a thorough job. Highly recommend this company.

Beware, make sure you are given what they are offering you. We hired this terminator and were offered a plan that we did not receive. They were great, showed up the next day and did an extermination, but only did half a job, didn't do my complete yard, called and had them return again the next day, once again, the technician did half a job and told us he did what he was required. Call again, had a manger listen to the initial recording, as all thier calls are recorded, which is good, and she even heard what we told, but... read more

Jerome is/was informative, polite, knowledgeable, hardworking and 1000% respectful of our situation. Gave me/us pointers on how to prevent any more problems in the future, and what to currently look for. Treated quickly and efficiently. Not sure if I would recommend. Greenix bought out the pest control company we were using. I have not been impressed with the customer service. For instance, we found a place where mice were outside so called to have them come out. They couldn’t come until 3 days later. Called the day they said they would come and they didn’t have me on the schedule. Now they will be coming 1 week after my initial call. For the money I pay, I expect them to come out within 48 hrs and I don’t expect me having to call to follow up. Will be shop... read more
