Think twice before engaging with this company. They do not seem to be interested in meeting their customer's expectations. A tech laid outdoor traps for mice/small rodents, but after about 3 months I still had mice in the house. I was charged a $150 fee to initiate service, then a $52 monthly fee under the assumption that their outdoor traps are effective. When I called to ask to close the service and to pick up the traps, I was told I was subject to an early cancellation fee of $249, regardless of my satisfaction.

After being a loyal customer of Greenix Home Pest Control for many years, I am deeply disappointed with the way they’ve handled my recent service. I was charged a recurring fee of $172 without my approval, supposedly for placing three mouse traps. I was given a tablet to sign and was told it was a one-time charge of $70. for 3 black mousetraps but now they told me I signed for re-occurring service which I never requested. Excellent Cory was polite and caring discussed all he was or was not doing at the time. Tick treatment was not done due to rain. Day one I feel Cory was knowledgeable and did his job well.

Technician on site was able to answer all the questions I had and explained everything in depth. Very communicative throughout the entire process from start to finish. He even convinced me to upgrade the package I had explaining all the benefits of the upgrade. My techs name was Dane.
