Ian was amazing at explaining all the details and leaving no confusion when it came to the contract. He was very upfront about the pricing and terms I would be signing and offered me a great deal! The employee I spoke with was clear and transparent with communication, pricing, and detailed out what their service i was requesting would look like. Dolly was knowledgeable, professional and communicative about our wasp issue. Regularly updated the procedure via video texts and suggested ways we could improve conditions on our property to lessen the risk of repeated pest problems. A pleasure to deal with.
If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up for their membership which has them come and spray the outside of your home a few times a years. This doesn't mitigate the intense ant problem in my home! The technician will text you and say they're going to be there at a certain time, even if it falls out of the time range agreed upon while scheduling.
