I want to apologize for the delay of my post, but I had an appointment. I can't say enough great things about James and his professionalism. He is the ONLY technician that has taken me through a thorough check of my rodent problem and how to address it. He walked me through every point of entry that the rodents were getting through and where they were nesting. He was very thoughtful about giving me information that was not overwhelming.
