Dylan and his assistant did a very thorough job taking care of the ant infestation in my kitchen and bathroom. They explained everything they were doing as they did it. I already have results as I have seen no ants today in the areas that were treated. I also appreciate all of the the printed information they provided explaining what they did.
They’re better than Terminix, but I would still never let yourself get trapped underneath a contract. Whatever they sprayed doesn’t work. I’ve never had a spider problem until they sprayed their chemicals. And they really do mince their words when it comes to their services. Super responsive! Was kept updated along the way and once the appointment arrived, Zach explained what the process was and how everything works. Made things go very smoothly. Took his time and was thorough. Would definitely recommend!!
We had a technician Zach come to our home today. He was professional, knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction. Even set us up for an appointment to fill in a hole outside next to our A/C unit to prevent pests from entering the home. If anyone needs service from this company, I’d highly recommend requesting Zach as your technician. Thanks again Zach!
Tech did a good job. Would like more notice when coming for service. Friday afternoon works best for us as my wife is usually off work by then other wise I have to take time off of work to put the dogs up.
