I had a yellow jacket nest behind one of my lights outside. My husband is highly allergic and I have a one and a half year old so they could also be possibly allergic. It took them almost 15 minutes to take care of it and give me peace of mind. I don't have the best finances right now and they were able to work with me on that. We have been having a lot of problems with mosquitoes this year even with regular treatments by Greenix. I called them and they scheduled another service at my convenience. Jordan texted me to let me know that we were on his schedule. He was very courteous, professional and he paid close attention to my concerns. He treated the yards and all of the flower beds. I'm very pleased with the response and service we've received from Greenix.
Brandon did an excellent job treating all of our issues at the house and the CSR (whose name slipped my mind) did a good job explaining how the process would work and was very friendly throughout the phone call.
