We spoke to Nick on the phone. He sold us the service based on his amazing customer service. He is probably the best person we’ve ever spoken to from a customer service standpoint. Truly a gem you have in the company. He explained how one mouse in the house could actually be something else without scaring me to packing up and selling the house to this mouse. Greenix is doing a good job at keeping the mice away. They are very nice when you call or speak with a technician. They are also reasonably priced and give discounts to veterans and people with disabilities. That is very thoughtful.

The technician that provided the service was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a good job but accidentally damaged an outlet in my house that resulted in a half of the outlets and lights in my house to not work. Since then dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I had to spend significant amount of time on the phone with no results, use my PTO for appointments that were missed and had to find an electrician to repair the damage and get light restored. Nic g treated us like we was his only customers that day . He related to what we needed and told us about every service we should consider. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable to what he was doing . He explained everything step He did and what we should expect in the future from these treatments.
