I found this company to be very professional in all means. Omar, the rep who I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns and explained, in detail, what service they would perform. As promised the were out the next day and the rep, Brendan, who showed up at our house was on time, friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend talking to them if you have a pest problem.
I was home when the tec came to treat my home which is unusual. He was so friendly and I was really impressed by how thorough the process is. He extensively treated every area of my home and I have been enjoying the results ever since I signed on with Greenix.
Josh was incredible! He showed up on time, patiently looked through everything we reached out for. He explained the processes, how our issues may be occurring and took the time to have a personable conversation. I can’t wait for future services, it was a great first impression!
This is a horrible company! They are very unprofessional and trapped customers with hidden subscriptions. When you try to cancel their ineffective service, customers service forces you to pay an absurd fee. Their technicians do not make appointments in advance and their customers service will blame you for rescheduling when they shows up unannounced. I had to install my own traps from Amazon due to theirs being ineffective.
Stop outsourcing billing to other countries. Can’t seem to send correct contract. I’m so over this company, but my spouse is working with someone in the field that’s trying to make it right. Charged 2 weeks ago for quarterly bill, then billed today for same service. I will never, ever have another service like this in the future. It’s all about profits and screw the customer. Horrible. Once I see a reverse charge on my account I will update this post. I’m confident that I will have to stop auto payment to get a damn response... read more
