Stop outsourcing billing to other countries. Can’t seem to send correct contract. I’m so over this company, but my spouse is working with someone in the field that’s trying to make it right. Charged 2 weeks ago for quarterly bill, then billed today for same service. I will never, ever have another service like this in the future. It’s all about profits and screw the customer. Horrible. Spoke with the customer service representative, Isaac who gave us a complete overview of the services including cost and amount of visits. The price was very reasonable. The technician came the following day and treated my townhome. He was very friendly and informative. He gave us a 20 point Home Inspection followed by the treatment. We are very pleased!!
This is a horrible company! They are very unprofessional and trapped customers with hidden subscriptions. When you try to cancel their ineffective service, customers service forces you to pay an absurd fee. Their technicians do not make appointments in advance and their customers service will blame you for rescheduling when they shows up unannounced. I had to install my own traps from Amazon due to theirs being ineffective.
Just wanted to say thank you to Uriah for coming out to our property today. He was very knowledgeable and made good recommendations on how to treat our issue. He was also a very pleasant and professional individual. You are lucky to have him.
Just had our first inspection and treatment with Josh! He was awesome, went above and beyond to help with a significant bees nest in our crawl space! Looking forward to working with Josh on future preventative services!
