The guys that came were great. Zach was one of them. Were friendly with my dogs and cats. Answered all my questions and gave advice on how to avoid future issues with mice. Ian (on the phone-initial contact) was not pushy selling the product and was upfront with what they used. So were the technicians that came out. Let me know exactly how the products worked. My Greenix agent Miranda did a great job explaining the service she did and laid out the whole process very clearly. I got the pest control service today for ants. Very personable and will treat you like a human not another customer.
I received great service from Greenix this morning! Justin texted about his arrival time. He explained what he was going to do, and how long I should keep my pet indoors for his safety. As shown in the attached photos, Justin dusted and removed a hornet nest attached at the end of a branch 20 to 30 feet above my backyard walkway. I was given quick and thorough service today. I would readily recommend this company, based on a job well done.
Zach is always so nice to work with. He always greets me with a friendly smile and does a great job sweeping the perimeter of my home inside and out for pests. Today he left some sticky traps just in case we see some activity to try and control any pests we may wind up getting including the ones he’s there to exterminate. He’s very thorough and kind. Thank you Zach for great service!
Zach B, was amazing! After being with this service almost a year he finally did what NO OTHER person did that came here to spray! He took the cobwebs down in the basement!
