Travis did great! Sprayer wasn’t working so was not able to spray inside. A little disappointed on this since my schedule is tight and will now have to have 2nd appointment for next week. Come on Green X you can do better and provide these technicians with more than one inside sprayer. For obvious reasons. Then the customers are not inconvenienced. Despite this Travis was exceptional!! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous!! Would definitely recommend to friends!!!
Love this company!! The communication has been great!! They reach out between scheduled visits to check on things, offer to revisit when appropriate, and give amazing feedback after the visit. I know what they saw, what they treated, etc.
Let the Ant Terminator deal with these ants damaging our property instead of go to Menards to DYI. After the tornado damaged our home and barn. I called. They came with many solutions to the ants building mounds inside our home in less than 48 hours. 🏃♂️ Thanks. Bye bye brown recluses too 😃
The guys that came were great. Zach was one of them. Were friendly with my dogs and cats. Answered all my questions and gave advice on how to avoid future issues with mice. Ian (on the phone-initial contact) was not pushy selling the product and was upfront with what they used. So were the technicians that came out. Let me know exactly how the products worked. I received great service from Greenix this morning! Justin texted about his arrival time. He explained what he was going to do, and how long I should keep my pet indoors for his safety. As shown in the attached photos, Justin dusted and removed a hornet nest attached at the end of a branch 20 to 30 feet above my backyard walkway. I was given quick and thorough service today. I would readily recommend this company, based on a job well done.
